I take the time to do things right. Normal inspections take 3-4 hours. I take whatever it takes to give you the best in-depth inspection possible. In fact: The more time an inspector spends the more he will find.

“It's unwise to pay too much, but it's worse to pay too little. When you pay too much, you lose a little money - that's all. When you pay too little, you sometimes lose everything, because the thing you bought was incapable of doing the thing it was bought to do. The common law of business balance prohibits paying a little and getting a lot - it can't be done. If you deal with the lowest bidder, it is well to add something for the risk you run, and if you do that you will have enough to pay for something better.”
– John Ruskin
My main goals are to ensure that you are fully informed and that you feel comfortable with the inspection performed. I will check and evaluate all major components and systems per the Massachusetts or New Hampshire Standards of Practice where applicable. I will also make a complete visual inspection and report on the condition of the structure and components systems as observed on the day of the inspection. This will then give you the information you need to make a sound buying decision and inform you of items/systems inspected, conditions related to functionality, repairs or services needed, upgrades or replacements needed and information regarding the care and regular maintenance needed to maintain your home. You will receive a computer generated, detailed report with photos a few hours after the inspection that is easy to read and understand. I am also available for questions any time after the inspection if any clarity on the report is needed.

Do not Price Shop.
When hiring a home inspector, do not price shop. Shop for experience, qualification and knowledge of homes with your best interest in mind. Make sure the inspector is licensed in that state and ask for references, prices for home inspections will vary from high to low priced inspections. Inexperienced inspectors will normally have lower prices. My prices are reasonable and comparable with the industry. If not completely satisfied with my inspection. Don’t pay me - (You must be on site)
